Cat manners?

Willie, my 10 month old kitten keeps stealing the other cat's food. He goes as far as to rip it right from their mouths! I have 5 cats and the others are older and bigger than him. Should I intervene and put him up till the others eat or just let one of them eventually get tired of it and teach him a lesson? They all get plenty to eat and Willie will leave his food to run over and snatch somebody elses. Poor little Allie had a shrimp in her mouth and Willie just grabbed it out of her mouth!
