Mike Singletary good or bad coach so far?

Last year when he took over for Mike Nolan, I thought he could be a great coach, you know, he benched JT O'Sullivan and started Shaun Hill, good move! He also punished Vernon Davis and demanded respect, again good move! Got rid of Mike Martz and replaced him with Jimmy Rey with a first run oriented mind. again good move (at the time) The Niners went 2-0 and could of been 3-0 if it wasn't for that miracle TD p from Brett Favre, so he looked like a very solid head coach, until.....He got rid of Allen Rossum! Since then, niners could of won at least 2 more games with Allen in the roster. We had no kick or punt returner! Bad Move! And Now he is not putting the ball on the teams best offensive player! FRANK GORE!!!!! Frank had 9 carries in last weeks loss against the Seahawks, and had 7 carries against the Jaguars!!!!! how the heck is that the first run offense???? I don't get it, if he was going to p 40-50 a game maybe the guy you want calling your plays is MIKE MARTZ!!!! The guy he fired to hire the bum Jimmy Rey!!!! Mike Singletary is disappointing me and is getting away from the only thing the Niners have, it's not like we got Favre, Brees, or Brady under center!!!! so why p 40-50 times with a guy who has not proved anything!!!!! Is it me or is he really doing some bad coaching mistakes?
