Will the ARMY see my same marriage certificate?

I am considering the ARMY as a career. I have a few questions though to the gay community. If I am part of the 18,000 marriages that are still good in California will they be able to see that? If they decide to investigate me what goes down? I don't want to stay out because of bigots. I would rather be part of a sneak attack on them. LOL
