Emergency!!!!! And need help ASAP!!!?

Ok, i did something bad at my friends house like really bad. and both our parents know and im there now. around 11 o' clock eastern time theyll come back. its 10 20 now. when i see them should i talk and if i should talk say how or be all quiet. and i cant apologize to them or my parents cuz it doesnt involve them but their really really mad. Please Help ASAP!!
