Proposition 8 overturn?

If proposition 8 is overturned by the California Supreme Court and same marriage becomes legal will I be able to marry a relative of the same . Could I marry a parent, brother or sister,an uncle or aunt as long as they are of the same . If I should marry a cousin of the same who does not have health insurance will I be able to add them to my policy as they would be my spouse.
