Does he really actually like me!!?

I like my best friend and I don't no if he likes me back so here is my story. Last year i started liking my best friend and my one friend told him i like him and he sed he didn't care but last year in homeroom he and i had staring contests and I loved it then we went on summer break and we text for 2 hours each day even when he was on vacation. School got back in and I started falling in love with him again. He and I locked arms and y bump each other. I also have lots in common with him like our favorite shows are The Golden Girls, Desperate Housewives, and Grey's Anatomy and also we love Phantom of the Opera. I also got him a Golden Girls shirt for him for his birthday and he gave me a hug just like my other said he would. so if u can answer me and tell me let me no and he also claims he has girlfriend which I don't think is real!
