Does project payday and treasure trooper work?

I'm really looking for a genuine answer. I want to make some extra money but I don't know if these sites will work or not. As of what I've read on yahoo answers, some say no, some say yes. What you would be doing is completing offers, right? But do they require credit cards? And what will they do with my personal information? Help please. Thank you :D
