Is the question actually "elected" because if it is elections are only every four years and succeeding a sitting president does not count. For example, Ford was never elected to the presidentcy. You would omit Truman - 45, LBJ - 63 and Ford - 74. You are missing Nixon - 68 and 72, there was no presidentital election in 73.
