What do i do? I was rear ended while i was making a turn onto a road?

the lady who rear ended me said that i slammed on my brakes for no apparent reason even though i had my turn signal on. she is around 80 years old. There is supposedly a witness (the insurance company wont reveal her name) that says i slammed on my brakes? the thing is though there are no skid marks any where on the road and neither mine nor hers brakes locked up. Her insurance company is denying my claim (her insurance company is statefarm) what do i do so i can get my car fixed i do not have any coverage on my car
