Why Do Laker Fans Completely Ignore Stats?

When it comes to Kobe there are so many things he doesnt do isnt good at ists. He is a true ballhog averaging 4 apg in his career and he had the most dominant player in shaq 2 p 2. Laker fans then say LeBron adn AI are ball hogs but these guys have avergaed 7 2 8+ apg and have had worse team than Kobe. There is even proof he is overrated in defense as players had scoring arties on him. Even his most impressive statistic is ppg so many players in nba hsitory have better ppg totals currently there is AI, Shaq, Lebron, Ray Allen. Anyway they totally disregard all these stats and still continue to praise him saying he is the greatest ever. I mean he is a great player but not good all around and has practically the same fg percentage a little higher than iverson and people rip ai for his fg% yet kobe shoots the ball more and had more chances 2 make his average better and ai still has more ppg and career points than kobe and they been playing some amount of years and kobe played more.
