Why is Obama pushing ethanol when over 1/3 of the world's population goes hungry?

Because 0bama has no sense of reality, it not only effects the food supply and costs jobs in the same process, but is responsible for higher gas prices so it effects everything we buy. Anyone with any economic knowledge would discourage its use not encourage it
