Does anyone feel the Martin Bashir doentary was positive for Michael Jackson?

I do, on reflection now Michael has sadly ped away. In the UK his popularity never wilted and I feel that is because the doentary showed a real human openess to his personality. In the US it seemed to be panned, but it was clear that Michael had been the victim of misintepretation. In 1997, I saw Michael at wembley, he never sold out and Invincible, which was pre-bashir had a mute reception. Post bashir every single greatest hits compilation such as number 1's, the 50 sell out shows and other stuff, show that if anything it helped.
