Indian National-Traveling Thailand and Philippines-Visa requirements?

if your just going to thai for a stop over, i dont think you need a thai visa, just a philippine one. check out a website about visas you might fine more info there, and you placed this in the philippine section, this is a wrong place to ask about delhi and chennai. :)
