Just got the At&t tilt. anything I should know before I start using it?

it is supposed to arrive tomorrow . anyone have this phone? what do you think of it. Anything I am gonna need to go along with the phone? how long will it take me to set up before I use it? any advice for me. i am a little nervous! this will be my first PDA/ smart phone!
